Losing 5 pounds in 2 weeks?

so heres what i did today
1 hour of cardio and lights weight
for breakfast i had
cheerios w/skim milk
lunch
a healthy choice panini sandwich and 1 apple

You can buy supplements that will have all the vitamens and nutrients you'd need from the fruits, vegetables and protein that you'd need to have a solid fat buring workout. A really good store to go to is The Vitamin Shoppe, they have really good deals there. Of course you don't NEED these supplements but it will most likely help. And also if you have the time or equip, everyday, 5 minutes after an hour of cardio, throw in a 10 minute workout on a bike or some DIFFERENT type of cardio equipment because your body will be tired and will be in a state of confusion and it will burn more fat and wip itself into shape much quicker. Switch off between different 10 minute workouts, such as the stairmaster, and it should give your body a little more push towards shedding that extra weight. Just a reccomendation.

try to have atleast 3 veg serving %26 2 fruit serving per day
also try to take 3 serving of milk %26 milk products + 2-3 serving of protein (one serving = 3 oz) + 6-9 serving of carbs (one serving = 15g carb) . try steaming vegs. total calories intake should be around 1500.
You haven't mentioned anything about dinner. Breakfast and lunch are okay, but dinner must be equally frugal. However, remember to have a balanced diet consisting of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fibre, vegetables in the correct proportions.
This is gonna sound like alotta work, but I've had the best results by keeping a food journal. You MUST write down EVERY single thing you eat and how many calories it is. That means you will have to do alittle investigative research, but you will end up being educated on what foods are highly caloric (and bad for you) and what aren't. And if you have to write down that candy bar or chips, you won't be so abt to eat them!! I was amazed at how many hidden calories I was taking in when I first started. Good luck!
Okay stick with fruits, whole wheat's(like bread and rice, grains, veggies, fish, chicken low fat cheese and milk or soy milk better. Always check labels for fat, sodium..I would only eat what I suggested above only..If you cook veggies use olive oil or steamed you can eat until you are full. You do need good oil every day..Olive, canola, almonds, avocados limited 1/2 a day like with a salad..Eat as many veggies that aren't cooked in your salad..Remember salad dressing has a lot of fat so stick with low fat dressings..Check labels
