Im going on my holidays in 20 days, ive already lost 18lb, any ideas how i can lose at least another 5lb before i go away. How many calories should i eat? And is cycling a good way to lose weight?

First off make sure that you cut soda out of your diet. Only reach for water and lots of it. I would also give Pilates a try. Try a basic whole body pilates workout every day along with a minimum of 20 minutes of walking.
If you've already lost 18lb, I guess you know what to do. Just keep doing it. Cycling is great for you, and DO NOT starve yourself, because you will slow your metabolism, which will cause you to pile weight back on when you start eating normally again.
First off congratulations on losing those 18 pounds that's a great acomplishment. I am kind of going through the same thing. So far I have lost 50 pounds- and I am going on vacation in August and would like to lose a few more before i go. If you aren't allready you should start drinking atleast six glasses of water everyday. I think cyciling is a great way to lose weight if it works for you- just remember to keep your heart rate up- I notice alot of people at my gym cyciling at the slowest pace and I don't see how it is helping them, but if you've allready lst 18 pounds you are obviously doing great so just keep it up!! : )
