Lose leg fat?

my legs are so fat and i hate them so much i am going to the lake of the ozarks to see my crush there ( we are not going out ) (yet i hope) i want to lose it help me

Leg lifts are great for toning up your legs! (use a resistance band helps with more intense exercise!) Also riding a bike or walking on treadmill.

ok what u do is jog on the treadmill and and peddle on the the bikes for as long as you want,I do it for at least 30 minutes just try to work up a sweat .
