i work out normally 5-6 days a week doing 30 mins of cardio and some strength training and i watch my diet. but im on summer break and there are days when i dont go anywhere and do nothing but watch tv all day lol. i work out on those days and still watch my diet, but i was wondering if i should work out twice on those days? or is once enough? cause im really not doing much of anything. i just dont wanna over work my body or anything. so opinions please

just by standing up for about 7 min. your burnig calories so just walk around you house or do some jumping jacks and mabe a 15 min. cardio!!Good Luck!!
