What are some great things i can do to improve my body but not have to put a lot of effort into...haha i know it sounds bad but i once read in a magazine "the lazy girls guide to fitness" but i lost it, and it had great things us lazy girls could do.

start toning your muscles twice a week with light weight lifting. Walk to more places rather then driving. Eat less processed foods and sugar, or none at all.
well it really depends on how in shape you are. if you really fat its just about impossible. do alot of cardio. like jogging,bike riding, spriints, walking. then when wait is lost focus on muscle. push-ups is the best way to build on arms and chest. then do alot of cruches morning and night. may hurt but youll get used to it. eat lot of fruit and vegies. no junk food or soda lots of water
Walk 2 miles a day and do 300 sit ups/leg lifts daily!

join a sport team, twice a week you can work out whilst having fun and then walk their and back, then you just have to eat right, drink lots of water and go the gym one a week, easy, fun and fat burning
walk around your block or somewhere you can jog, get a treadmill
walk instead of run
Maybe you should try working out with friends or joining a team or group of some sort to keep you motivated because if it is just you alone you will just quit and go back to old habits.
