Late night snacks?

I don't want to eat any food but what kind of low calorie hot drinks could I drink to keep me from eating? I lost a lot of weight some time ago and I gained it back--any help would be appreciated. I need to get this extra weight off me.

when i have craving at night i just drink celery juice it is llike nasty and my appetite and craving just goes away, and why would you want to have hot chocolate before you go to sleep in summer? and wouldn't drink coffee like wake you up and you wouldn't like be able to sleep and then u will be bored and crave food even more. spearmint will wake you up too
drink tea or coffee. it may not necessarily keep you from eating, but you won't be thirsty.
Drink hot tea without milk. it is low in calorie, and warms your stomach. if you are not a tea fan, drink black coffee.
Hot Chocolate.It wont dehydrate you,or make you hyper like coffee.But maybe you should consult a dietitian first.Weight management is possible without starving yourself.
Make some tea and put a couple drops of peppermint it it. Peppermint is a natural appetite deterrent. Stay away from drinks with high sugar, caffeine or milk, you'll upset your stomach and feel nauseous in the morning.
Low calorie hot chocolate usually does the trick for me. Not the healthiest choice though because it may have high fructose corn syrup or other artificial ingredients. Why dont you try a fiber rich apple to curb your appetite and give you some fiber and nutrients?
