I have been over weight all my life. and i find now that i don't drink soda or dairy i am losing weight, but i am allergic to dairy so that might be the reason for that but cutting soda out i have lost a few pounds with that one.

If you follow the diet exactly you can lose up to 14 lbs more in 2 weeks, but you have to really want it. It is not a hard diet at all. The first phase of it can be a little tough because you have to cut so many things out of your diet, but after week two you can start adding things back in.
Do a little exercising with it and you can lose what you are wanting.
its summer its easier...eat more fresh fruits and veggies and drink more water...and get outside and play...go swimming take your dog for a walk.
