I'm going through the same thing! All you have to do, and this works, trust me, is eat healthy and bike ride a lot! If you can't ride a bike, hike, or work outside... And instead of eating normal, unhealthy, desserts, try getting some skinny cows! Mmmmm! They're YUMMY! And, if you're not disgusted by the suggestion, eat organic for a while, it's really easy!
