I gave birth three months ago and put on too much weight during my pregnancy. I want to lose 14kg (30lb's) to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm currently breastfeeding.Does anyone know any good exercise routines that doesn't involve equipment (dumbells etc) aside from things such as a baby sling or pram?
