Leg muscles hurt and have sports day tomorrow, help?

Well done some short sprints yesterday and now my legs are really hurting! What can I do so they make them hurt less?
Answer:
Stretch them regularly.
High amounts of vitamin C may help.
Bengay or similar products may provide temporary help.
Otherwise time is the only thing.
Some easy movement and light exercise to improve circulation. Nothing hard. Be sure to have a small protein snack every few hours and stay hydrated. WIll also promote healing.

Make sure you're getting enough postassium. I always had that problem and I didn't know what it was. Drink 1 to 2 of OJ glasses tonight and tomorrow .
