Lose weight?? pro help only?

i was just wondering simple ways to lose weight without being unhealthy, yet having quick results. I'm trying to lower my fat percentage to 12% form around 18% in around 3 weeks, any ideas?
Answer:
Sorry, but I think you're scaring away your help by saying "pro help only". Try asking again in a more inclusive way. Otherwise, people will be doubting themselves and wondering whether their help is good enough.
There is no healthy way to lose that much fat in that short amount of time. Quick weight loss is rarely healthy. Weight loss is simple, yet difficult for people. It requires discipline. The simple answer is burn more calories than you consume. However, that doesn't mean starve yourself. Eat a well-balanced diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and some lean meat (like chicken, pork). Be sure to reduce the amount of fruit juices and sugary beverages you consume, especially beer and other alcoholic drinks (which add lots of excess calories). Drinking lots of water every day keeps you hydrated, and can also help prevent you from eating too much if you drink a glass of water before your meal. Incorporate some type of cardiovascular exercise to help you burn more calories. Running for 30 minutes three times a week while eating a healthful diet will definitely result in weight loss (if you are not active right now; otherwise, you should increase the intensity or duration of your current workouts). Another way would be to add some resistance training to your workout. Adding muscle mass will increase your resting metabolic rate and increase the number of calories you burn. Be sure you consult a physician before starting a new fitness program, especially if you are not active.
well check this site http://overweight-professional... they offer a program so as to lose 9 lbs ever 11 days, and it works like magic , hope it helps.
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
