Lose 20 pounds in 2 months?

i am 13 years old 5'4 and 120 pounds, i want to lose the 20 pounds before school starts. any suggestions? please!
Answer:
workout
you shouldnt lose that much weight. youre still young so your body needs it to keep growing correctly. just start exercising and tone up what you have now. it will look better. and besides, weight is just an arbitrary number - remember that muscle weighs more than fat, and if you have more muscle you're actually going to look better and healthier.wait wait wait! you're only eating 350 calories a day?!?! you're aneorxic. you will not lose weight this way. you will start destroying muscle THEN organs and still retain the fat.
Omg. That is not healthy AT ALL! 350 calories a day is not enough!
Judging by your weight (since you've lost 9 lbs.), your height, and your age, you're a perfect weight already.
Let me share something with you, I'm 14 and a recovering anorexic. When I was very sick, I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months. It is not healthy to do, and especially not healthy to only give your body 350 calories a day.
So, if you would like to lose some weight, read up on diet and fitness articles more, or even better, just stop where you are now.
You're at a healthy weight so you're fine!! but just do some toning exercises and you'll look a lot better than if you had dropped 20 pounds!!Another thing,
you're supposed to be having over 1200 calories a day. You might end up GAINING if you only eat 350 calories a day because your body will go into survivor mode and it will think you're being deprived of food rather than doing it on purpose!!
See site below for best way to lose weight fast and stay thin for life. Also see page with advice for teens. Avoid counting calories since the stress of it is fattening. Eat lots of thining foods.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
You are perfectly healthy and i don't think you should be working out. If you want to look better i would just consider just toning some parts of your body by buying a workout video.
you should be eating more food for energy, so that you can do more exercise. You are the perfect weight now, you should stay the same, your still growing and your body needs all the healthy vitamins and nutrients for it to grow properly. If you lose that amount of weight, your bones can become crippled and this can damage your growth, therefore when your older, you may be unhappy with how you are. Just keep active and have a healthy balanced diet. Remember you only live once, so live life as you want to, to the best you can. =]
I know at this age one of the top things that you think about is how you look and that's normal. Don't think about how much you weigh. Focus on whether or not you are healthy. If you eat right and exercise regularly, not too much, your body will go to its natural weight. If you don't eat enough, your body will start to break down on your muscle. Think about toning with small weights. If you think too much about it at this age in life you'll fixate on your weight throughout your life and have problems for the rest of your life.
