LOSE WEIGHT ! In 2 weeks ?!?

I want to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks ? Can you PLEASE tell me how long i should run for, or exercise in order to reach my goal ?? I am starting today, so please give me a time i should run tonight, tomorrow, and so on until the day, Augest 2nd ? I am a cheerleader so I won't gain the weight I lost .

Regardless if you are a cheerleader or not...if you lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks, you will gain it back and usually more. Not to mention how unsafe and unhealthy it is to lose that much, that fast. There are too many more factors to take into consideration before I can tell you how long to run for or how much exercise you should do. Can you give more information...such as how much you weigh now, how much (and what) you are consuming (and how often), your height, your age, etc.
Losing weight fast is not a good long term solution, you will just become a yo-yo dieter. It is safe to lose 1-2 lbs a week. Drink a large glass of water before every meal. Eat stuff that is high in fiber (it must have whole in front of it, like whole wheat, whole grain ect.). Eat breakfast and don't eat if you are not hungry. If you want to it because you are board/stressed go out side and take a walk, talk to a friend, listen to music. Cut out soda and other junk food from you diet and replace it with fruits and veggies. EXERCISE!! At least 30min to an hour everyday. Do not eat 2 hours before bed time and get 9-12 hours of sleep daily.
You can't lose 15 pounds in a two weeks, but you can lose that much in a month. Try to eat a lot of veggies, fruit, and lean protein (chicken, fish, egg whites) and drink a lot of water. Do crunches on an exercise ball, push ups, and squats. The fastest way to lose weight is to do a lot of cardio, so if you walk or run 4-5 miles 3-4 times a week and do everything I wrote above, you should definitely be able to lose 15 pounds in the next month. Stop eating carbs. No bread, no sugar, no fruit. Eat meat, and some vegetables and cheese. Mostly meat though. No starches either, like potatoes and corn, or rice. Drink a lot of water too, or you'll ge dehydrated. The first couple of days you'll feel a little gross because your body is addicted to carbs and sugar. After that you'll feel fine because your body will convert to burning stored fat aas energy instead of glucose (sugar from carbs) and you'll start losing weight really fast.
