What exercises can I do to strengthen my leg muscles?
Answer:
The best leg work out you can do is jogging. It doesn鈥檛 even have to be too intense. Distance running helps you gain lean muscle mass, and loose unwanted fat, and give you more energy. Jogging is also a perfect choice of exercise because it works a lot of other muscles in your body. Ditto on the squat. Also try some leg presses, leg curls, leg extensions, calf extensions, hack squat, lunges.
The old standard is leg presses and leg curls but there are a number of excercises that you can do. Some people post their workout plans on their blogs.
