I need to lose like 15 pounds in a month.. I'm working out and eating right (for like a week) haha.. Any tips are greatly appreciated! Also, i'm trying to make my butt and thighs toner but I don't want them to be bulky.

To trim and tone, do cardio, such as bicycling, walking, running (if you are young and have no problems with knees), or take a step class (you can use a video too).You won't get bulky thighs unless you really press some heavy weights and work at it really, really hard. Eat a balanced diet, with at least 5 fruits/veggies a day.No fried or fast foods. Focusing on a certain weight (especially 15lbs!) is going to leave you feeling like a failure when you don't make it. 7lbs in a month is pretty optimistic, so more than that is going to take a lot of work and be hard to maintain.Don't make any changes you can't keep up, or all your work will go down the drain when you switch back to your old ways.
