Lose Weight In 2 weeks starting today ?

I want to lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks ? Can you PLEASE tell me how long i should run for, or exercise in order to reach my goal ?? I am starting today, so please give me a time i should run tonight, tomorrow, and so on until the day, July 2nd ? I am a cheerleader so I won't gain the weight I lost .
