im trying to loose about 25 pounds. any tips other than diet and exercise?

OK I know you said no dieting and exercise, but really that is the best way so that you keep up your strength and maintain your health. I have lost 70 pounds in a little over a year and I did it with weight watchers, exercise and diet pills. The diet pills I tried that work really well are Everslim and NV, but you got to make sure to keep your body fueled with what it needs. Weight watchers really is not a diet, but a whole new way of eating. Another thing is more meals but less portions. Like eat a bowl of cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, then 3 hrs later eat a snack, then 3hrs later eat lunch and then 3 hrs later a snack and then dinner 3 hrs later. I mean it does not have to be exactly 3 hrs, but around there and make sure to eat healthy stuff like yogurt or fruit and eat smaller portions. Another thing that worked for my friend is body wraps. All these things have personally worked for me or someone I know. I also exercise for 40 min a day during the week. Just be careful and keep your strength up and make sure to get the nutrients needed. Good luck and hope this helps.

Ok, there is really no way to lose weight besides diet and exercise - HOWEVER, try the low carb hi protein option - it works, even if you don't want to adhere to the mainstream "Scarsdale" diet - simply avoid anything white without checking your carb counter. All meat, non-white veggies, even alcohol (plain, NO SUGAR) is cool - or how fast do you want to lose this weight? Ever hear of Stillman's water diet? 80 oz. of water per day, and all protein, period (ie steaks, eggs, hamburger, etc. - and watch the salt) - this is good for at least 2 pounds per day) - BUT don't cheat, if you do you gain twice as much back-instead of cheating, switch back to the low carb - I know, I have been DIETING 4EVER! GOOD LUCK!!
