Some good excersises. about hair try and maybe if you have money to spend on stuff like this get extenstions because your hair only grows n average of half n inch a month so it wont grow fast. but gettin extensions wil help you with that. just make sure its 100% human hair :)Sunday - Try running a mile then walking a mile.
