So I'm over weight %26%26 lately I've been chaning the way I eat, %26%26 exercising alot more. Can anyone give me some good tips on how to lose the weight and KEEP it off. Also, its been really hard to even get the the gym, but i have an exercise ball, and some resistant bands... HELP! thnx :) :)

do cardio exercises before you do any strengthening ones. for example, if you have stomach weight then dont do crunches.
do cardio until you have worked out most of the fat that covers the muscles and then you can work on crunches. otherwise they are useless. i urge running/ jogging/ walking in the morning and enrolling in a good dance class.diet wise, remember:
drink lots of water
portion size is key
limit carbs
eliminate soda or anything else with high fructose corn syrup in it
eat many vegetables
go to your library and look for some pilate videos and look for a thinspiration go to thin to the bones
exercise and stay on your diet but don't starve yourself
There is a sucker that contains herbs that I just started using, but it works. It curbed my appetite really fast. I got it from this website. (if that is allowed)

Dont go on a diet change what you do everyday. Being healthy is a lifestyle. I would suggest cardio - running walking jogging
small portion sizes and eating often
eliminate sugar and white bread - this doesnt men you cant go for the whole grain stuff!
Drinking lots of water with and without meals
stocking your fridge up on a lots of vegtables and fruits - fruits are a great answer to sugar cravings.
Work out every other day
just keep eating right and excersing and after a while ot wont seem that hard to stick to,I know it seems hard now,but you're body and youre mind will get use to it.good luck:)
