If models use laxatives to lose mass amounts of weight...Does fiber contribute to weight loss, and not just keeping you regular? And if so, how? Be as detailed as possible!Don't worry, I'm not into hurting my body. I'm honestly just curious.Thx a mill guys.
Answer:
The way that fiber may help with weight loss is, it makes you go to the bathroom regularly and pretty much keeps your colon clean. Its also great for the digestive tract and keeps you healthy. It helps the liver process the way it should as well. So if all your organs are functioning properly, your food will be stored the way it needs to be instead of alot of it going to fat. So fiber works in several ways to help you lose.
wow now i know why anorexic models smell like shait
Well it makes you go poop, and when you do that you remove waste from your body. Taking excess laxatives you Poop everything you eat so if you excercise alot you w ill loose alot of weight.
I'm obsessed with getting enough fiber. Fiber itself can't make you lose weight exactly. But, it keeps you feeling full longer than say... SUGAR or bread. So you will eat less. And it keeps your digestion moving so you don't get all bloated and get a gut just from having food in your body.Don't go take a bottle of fiber pills... you won't lose like 10 pounds instantly. And too much fiber will make you gassy and give you cramps. But putting some Fiber One on your cereal in the morning is definitely a good idea that won't hurt your body.
