Lose wieght in diets?

i am 12
and looking for a healthy diet
i eat a lot
i tryed south beach
did not work
i do not want to take medication either
Answer:
try the atkins diet
im the same exact age.
and i eat cereal in the
morning.
tuna fish in the afternoon
and at dinner i eat tuna fish too.
but thats on a day that im lazy.
just watch your calories
There is no "healthy diet", Basically all that needs doing is to limit the amount of certain things you eat, or dont eat them at all, and take regular exercise, such as horse riding or walking. At your age i shouldn't worry to much about your weight unless you are horrendously overweight, because you are still growing.
If all else fails eat fruit for breakfast and eat fish or chicken with boiled potatoes for dinner and only drink water.
I have tried many diets and they don't work for me I would suggest just smaller portions,instead of using a dinner plate try using a dessert plate have the size of a dinner plate and eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
