I'm in my early teens and I'm looking for a way to lose 20 lbs. by the last day of August. Is there any way to do this without having to buy a diet plan or whatever? And without diet pills and resistance training?
I often eat out a lot or have microvave food. Is there still a diet for that?

sure you can lose wieght.i am not too sure about 20 pounds by the end of august,but you can do it.losing too much wirght too fast isnt safe much less healthy.you are only 17 yrs old , so you can definatly do it.no pills or diet plan are needed!stay away from microwavable foods and eating out! that will probbaly help out alot.definatly eat three meals a day.this is very important.you wont see good results if you stop eating.you will only make yourself sick.try to stay away from caffine.water is alot healthier ! if you include a lil bit of excersise with your three meals a day...you should get results fast.i found that doing waling about 45 minuets a day (m-f) actually helped.if you have time ,include a lil workout.also dont over indulge yourself when you eat.your stomach gets used to that and you will not see the results as youd like.remember that you are still young and can do it.everything is possible!think positive and be smart about how you lose the weight.good luck and i hope that i ahve been of help!
well teen's that are under 17 do not need to take any pills we are young although is not easy to lose weight. but try excrising at least 5 times a week to get preffect results ok .. bye
yah juss watch what you eat drink water and do anything to get your metabalism up and try any smartone or healthy choice microvable dinners
