Lean cuisine diet?

could someone please explain how this lean cuisine diet works? thanks! =]
Answer:
It is not necessarily a diet. People tend to lose weight eating the frozen meals because it is easier to keep up with their daily intake of calories.
Eat a healthy breakfast of fiber rich cereal, low fat milk and a piece of fruit
For lunch select any of the Lean cuisine entrees. I suggest adding a vegetable or two or a small salad.
And for Dinner do the same as lunch or you can have a serving of lean protein (chicken, fish, pork) vegetables and a serving of whole grain bread.
it's a good replacement for a meal if you dont have time to cook. its not a diet really. it's just healthy already made meals.
Basically they are lower calorie meals that you pop in the microwave...but please read the sodium content on these packages...Most are extremely high and too much sodium is a bad thing
