i am a small person with unporportioned (sp?) theighs.. so basicly i hav big thieghs and a skinny body. they make me feel uncomfertable and i would like them slimmer.. help?!!?

OK. well i have the same problem. some people are made this way. get over it i bet your pretty any way. but if you still want to lose your thighs just jog i mean a lot. hoped it helped
Unfortunately there is no way to "spot reduce" (ie, get rid of more fat in one area than another). Fat loss tends to be equally distributed all over, so as it's coming off your butt, it will also be coming off your boobs and upper body as well. You can try to do some strength exercises to improve your muscle tone in your thighs, but our basic shape (pear, hour-glass etc) is largely the genetic hand of cards we are dealt. You can lose weight and be a "smaller pear shape", or gain weight and be a "bigger pear shape", but I'm afraid, pear-shape is what you'll always be. Try to learn to love your shape, you'll be living with it for a long time :-) As long as you are already in a healthy weight-range - neither too big or too skinny - and have good strength and muscle tone, your better bet is to be researching good clothing choices that help you draw attention to the areas you prefer. Something like the book "What you wear can change your life" (Trinny %26 Susannah, the "What not to Wear" girls) can give good advice.
