Please help me! Even when I'm full, I still want to eat something else. I'm obessed with the thought of food the whole day. I'm trying to do other things but the thought'll come back shortly.
I'm trying to lose weight. Better if it's fast 'cause I don't have much patient if I don't see the result soon and don't have so much determination to keep trying for a long time. Sound like a loser, I know but I really need your help.

I feel your pain.. I am often depressed [especially now I'm high school] and I hate the feeling!!I am fat.. What I can do is to go with friends and do something AWAY from the cafeteria. I also try to keep foods away from my sight, telling my sister not to eat in front of me or hiding all junk foods.. I also try to do something with my money, like in the bank or buy some school stuff to keep me away from delivery.. It helped me with this one.. hard, but for me, it's pretty effective.
Have you thought about trying hypnotherapy? Its not for everyone, but some people have a lot of success with it. Go for a reputable and insured practitioner, or even get a book and try self-hynosis first (it may be cheaper). "Hypnosis for Change" by Hadley %26 Staudacher is very good and easy to understand (no jargon, etc).

I know where you are coming from, I am also like you, i get obsessed with food. I found initially hypnosis can help, when i had it done it associated something horrid that i hated with the food i loved, it works to a certain degee so it is worth trying it out. I still have my bad days but most of the time it is under control, i carry around a water bottle that i drink from if i find that i am reaching for food.
It is hard to break this know but you have to find something that works for you, hypnotherapy started me on the right track but i have to work at it some days and the water thing help me too.

I know how you feel! I have felt like that ever since having my first child %26 not being able (ok being to lazy to try) to loose the weight I put on throught it.
I have begun to loose weight now, but I fould that trying diets/ weight loss programs or what ever you want to call them didn't work.
I decided that I would try some changes to my very unhealthy diet %26 replaced most ( not all, gotta have some treats!) of the crisps/chocolate I ate with fruit (try buying the pre packed stuff, i am even too lazy to cut fruit up myself!). I also drank a lot of fizzy juice, which I replaced (at work) with fruit juice.
I didn't do this with the view to losing weight, but with the aim of getting somewhere near the "5 a day" fruit %26 veg.
Over the past year I have lost 2 dress sizes %26 have not felt any hunger pangs through not eating the same amount of rubbish I used to.
Of course I now need to find some form of exercise that I will not only enjoy, but stick to to help the weight loss to continue.
Nothing is ever good enough, is it?

you sound just like me i could just eat and eat and eat and never be full lol its so hard isnt it ? heres some advice on what ive been doing :0)to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost just over 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !
That is a really bad attitude.
That kind of attitude can lead to bulimia.
If you are hungry a lot and you are trying to lose weight, then you will eat anyway and afterwards, you will feel like a failure and guilty about it.
Then you will do anything in your power to get rid of it. I am not saying you are going to be bulimic.
But I used to be bulimic because after I would eat dinner I would still be hungry and then I'd eat. I'd feel guilty and I'd get rid of it.
