do any of you have a muffin top ? (the little bit at the bottom of your waist which tends to store fat) and what is the best way to get rid of it or disguise it ? :@

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

you must be talking about me. i have that, caused from having a hysterectomy, and cutting all the muscle. Actually a seven inch cut right down the middle . now as i get older, it drops and drops and i have this thing there , and my underware doesnt cover it. It hangs out the bottom of my underware. Small, but still bothersome. Cant aford lipo, so i have to live with it
Make sure you don't wear pants that are too low (luckily high waisted pants are in) or too tight.
Yip I do and I think a lot of it has to do with the types of trousers I wear. For example I have a pair of jeans that are quite high waisted and I can't wear them as they make my muffin top just look ridiculous! I suppose the only way to get rid of it is to exercise and eat sensibly. With regards disguising it I would say that the new smock tops that are in fashion at the moment would do the trick and would look lovely with jeans and maybe some nice wedges!!
