Losing weight...cause i am fat!!!!!?

Ok i am fat and i wiegh alot but dont really look like i doi weigh about 150 lbsand i am 5 foot 6im 13
i want to lose weight before i start eighth grade some advice and exercise tips....i reely want to change my life

Well, jogging is good to get your heart rate up. Then you can do anything from crunches to pushups...whatever you want. Just remember that if you don't get your heart rate up before working your muscles, your muscles will build under the fat, instead of burning the fat.
beauty is in the mind, so why get concerned abot external appearances.
Eat less and do more. Stop eating out or fast food. Eat more food you make yourself. Try to do some sort of excersie for at least 20-30 minutes every day.
Exercise is always good. Try to get in at least 30 mins of cardio a day. You may want to meet with a nutritionist seeing as how you are still somewhat young and growing. They may have certain guidelines for you to follow.

pushups, military press, all in the morning and after noon.(military press is were you put your elbows out and reach your hands up and then back down..up then back down...)just make a routine and stick with it.

GIRL!. don't even stress about the number in lbs if you look good the number doesnt matter. It's really how your clothes fit.Your weight and height are perfect!.. if you dont 'look' fat then you are NOT fat.
since your sooo tall, your going to weigh that much, that doesnt mean your fat..your prolly not im sure, your so young sweetie, you dont need to worry about that. just so you know, Tyra Banks is really tall and im sure you know that and she weighs about 160 lbs.(she said it on her talk show)...it just shows how height can be the reason for your weight being the way it is.if you want to tone yourself up, just do some exercises.do Tae-Bo or Pilates or something.i hope i helped a little bit! take care!

Eat protein(fish or chicken)
Drink water but not alot of it

count your calieres you should eat 1200 per day and dont eat any bread or treat until the weekend weigh you self each friday
Your 13, I wouldn't worry so much about it right now. Just try to eat in moderation and take walks and exercise and you will be fine.
Swimming can do wonders. It's an all-over body workout, so maybe you can try squeezing in more swim time. Also try jogging or walking around the neighborhood and dancing to your radio for like, 30 minutes. And eat healthy, but allow yourself a treat every now and then.
drink water. cut out soda, even diet sodas (they have lots of sodium). eat less "white" carbs and more wheat. more veggies. exercise, like go out and ride a bike with your friends, play tag, a sport, something to get active.check out sparkpeople.com. you arent really supposed to be on it, but it will at least teach you some stuff. and it will show you how to get in shape in a healty way. i lost 20lbs from just eating better (in 5 months)
wow your soo luckey! i wish i was tall .. sigh* im only 4foot 9 and im starting high school.well anyways if you wanna lose some weight you should try eating healthy foods in certain portions. you could try walking everyday... its good for the heart... or you could go to a gym .. maybe join a summer sport... and try to lay off on the junk foodsrry if i wasnt much help.

well before you jump into your exercise regime, make sure you're eating the right kinds of food aswell, as this will boost yourweight loss dramtically and just generally make you much healthier and happier. A nice balanced diet works wonders. and lots of water (6-8 glasses per day)you could join your local gym, but that can be boring, i know. Try mixing up the routine a bit with one day a week jogging, then one swimming with your friends, then one at a dance class or something like that so you dont get repetitive and demotivated really quickly. yoga is really good way to tone up, with quite a small amount of effrt, but dont expect fast results from it.I'm not sure what else to advise you, but I'd just stress that eating right is so important when you're going through a lifestyle change, as weight loss shouldnt be a short term thing. Also just pick activities that you'll enjoy, that are fun and that will keep you motivated!Good luck!!
Hi Sweetie, I was overweight when I was a teen. You are not that overweight. And even once you lose the weight you are still going to be the same person...it wont overly change your life. People that are mean to you will probably still be mean to you, and if they suddenly start to like you they are not at all real friends. Here are some tips that helped me drop a lot of weight...- Drink lots and lots of water.
- NO regular pop - none - too much sugar
- Walk - walk every day - the more active you are the less chance you have to eat and the more you rise your metabolism.
- Cut out the junk food. Snack off low calorie and low fat items. Avoid empty calories. Read labels.
- Cut down your portions.
- Ask family and friends to be supportive. But, you are probably a really great girl as you are - so also just try to love and accept yourself the way you are. Good Luck!!

Number 1: Limit your calorie intake.Number 2: 30 to 40 minutes of aerobic excerise 3 to 4 times a week. There are plenty of web sites that will give you a suggested daily calorie intake according to your body type.Basically write down what you eat on an average day and add the calories up then subtract 500. Just don't sit around the house all day and eat cheetos.walk around the neighborhood, park at the far end of the parking lot, play sports, babysit and play with the kids. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. It should just fall right off you!
Ok well first off, I'm going to say what I think most people are going to tell you. Eat less exercise more. And this is true, but there is a certain activitiy in the "exercise" part that I think is more effective than a bunch of other stuff. I believe that swimming can make you lose weight very very quickly. In fact, I lost 1 pound a day simply by swimming 2 hours each day.
This dosen't have to be really intense swimming. If you have a pool at home, swim there, or if you don't, go to your local YMCA or public pool. You can invite friends and go swimming with them or you can just have fun with your family. Just have fun, play games, swim around, or just wade around in the water. You see, the point here isn't really isn't to move around. it's to stay in the water. Being in the water will make your body become dense (although I'm sorry to tell you that I don't exactly know why this happens, I'm only telling you this from my own experience), and you can lose a pound or 2 in 2 hours.
Honestly, Im not 100% sure that this will work for everyone, but I'm telling you this because I am a teenager too and it worked for me and a couple of friends, and i lost 7 pounds in one week. I really hope this can be of help to you, and you can lose alot of weight over the summer ^^

Join the club sweetie. I am the same height - 5ft 6in and weigh about 175. People always say "but you're not fat" when I say I want to lose 35 to 40 pounds. I know what I need to do, but I have problems with my spine. So it's gonna take longer.
Read the calories label on the packages. Increase the Protein calories. Reduce the Fat calories. Also, pay attention to the types of Fat calories. Eliminate Trans Fat.
Reduce the Carbs. Remember that Sugar is a Carbohydrate. Reduce the Sugar calories by either cutting out the Sugar or using Sugar Substitutes like Splenda (my favorite), Nutri-Sweet, Sweet-n-Low, etc.
Try to make the Protein calories more than the Carb calories when possible.
And Exercise. Walking is easy. Get a work-out video. I love Pilates. It's low impact and includes working muscles you didn't know you had. It's a lot of fun.
