Losing Weight is hard. Its not easy I understand. Ineed major help.?

Alright what are some good things to eat for breakfast lunch dinners snacks?
I do exercise but not much.
I dont exercise alot because I dont know what type to do?
I need major help!
Please help me!!

like anything, it takes discipline and a plan of attack to lose weight and keep it off. There are no quick fixes. It's a combination of healthy diet and regular exercise.I came across a review that explained, when people try to starve themselves or eat very little, your body goes into 'starvation mode' and will preserve every ounce of fat which slows your metabolism. The way i lost over 80 lbs after my last kid and kept it off was to change my lifestyle of eating. I still eat everything but in smaller portions, always eat breakfast, even just a piece of toast and fruit will do, it revs up your metabolism, then i bought a decent exercise bike with the back support and watch tv as i do my hour, this all together put me in shape and i still have icecream once in awhile too:)
Go see a Dr, Dietian, Trainer, or someone else in the fitness bussiness. Weight loss programs over the WWW are not really safe. Good luck!
Eat porridge in the morning,steer clear of junk food and eat healthy(or at least reasonably healthy) meals,wherever you need to travel do so on foot or else get a bike,drink plenty of water.that would be a good start.best of luck
