Losing weight fast?

how do i do it!!
im young and assamed!help~~
Answer:
go for a walk everyday for about 20 mins, listen to your mp3 player or ipod on the way so you dont get bored easily and wanna come back home.
try not to eat so many meats and fattening foods.
and when your bored do not go to the fridge or cupboard.
go for a walk or dance to the radio.
keep yourself amused :)im 15 and i weigh 60kg im ashamed of that.
all my friends dnt think im fat but i do.G O O D L U C K babe.
No soda, no sweets. Run, exercise, and lots of cucumbers.

im trying to loose weight at the moment too. I try and go for a walk everyday, whether it be for 60 minutes or just a walk around the block, make sure you get at least 10-15 minutes in everyday.For the last week or too, i take a ball with me and bounce it as i walk or run, or kick it along the ground in front of me. I know it sounds stupid, but it actually keeps me forcused on something. I took a soccer ball yesterday and kicked it along, and interchanged between kicking it hard and soft. So when i kicked it hard, i had to sprint to get it. It may sound silly, but i do it to keep forcused because i get bored easily.Also, try and do some cardio. Skipping is a great example. I do skipping for about 5 minutes everyday, more if i can. If you cant do push ups, try doing some against a wall. Stand about a metre away from the wall and do pushups against the wall as you would normally. If you have weights, try doing some quick exercises to tone your arms up. You can get some easy exercises from any fitness site. And if you dont have weights, purchase some dumbells, their not too expensive and it will pay off.Hope this has helped a little bit.
