Losing weight quickly .....?

Answer:
are you ready for this?? its called the ECA cycle. E=ephedrine, C=caffeine and A=asprin. Now to do this cycle you must be willing to exercise like 3 -4 times a week and its always good to eat healthy small portion meals 4-6 times a day. If you can do this you will see fat melt off your body. I promise Ive done it. Ok what you do is take 1 baby asprin, 1 or 1/2 an ephedrin(depending on how well you handle caffeine) and drink 1-2 cups of coffee. I find its best to do this routine in the morning on an empty stomach cuz you burn more calories this way. If needed drink a small protein shake or something light aprx. 30-45 min before starting exercise. Now once you have taken the asprin, ephedrine and had your coffee it shouldnt take but 30 min. or so before your ready to exercise. (Trust me you will know when your ready) For my exercise i rode a stationary bike at a moderate to vigorous pace for about 25-30 min. Running is also one of the best ways to drop the pounds. As long as your moving for this length of time and are pushing yourself when it gets tough youll be fine. Make sure to stretch before doing any sort of exercise, not only to losen up but also to get your heart rate up and going and to get the blood circulating through your body. You see ephedrin and coffee both act a stimulant. Also making you sweat due to heat escaping your body. The asprin acts as a blood thinner increasing circulation and heart rate. Inturn when combines you burn a crap load of calories without even moving. Thats why this method is so effective. Within about 8 12 weeks you will be lookin hot! Yea there's this "Tuna Diet" or something like that. It's a 10 day plan and you will GUARNTEED lose like 10 pounds. It's actually not that bad of food, I just hate Tuna so I didn't last long. But you'll lose it!
Easy...i just lost ten lbs in one week doing the atkins diet. i don't starve, i eat. Eggs, steak, chicken, cabbage and butter are all things i eat daily on the diet. IT WORKS.
