I'm not sure how much weight u need or want to loose, but loosing 1.5 pound a week is safe. just remember the faster u loose the faster u gain, drink plenty of water, no sugar, sodas or juice increase the protein intake, but slow down with peanut butter unless is organic, no fried food and plenty of veggie and fresh fruits, and start walking around your block or go to a park. that worked for me, and i lost 27 pounds in about 2.5 months
