how can u lose weight fast? like 15-25 lbs... and without any special meds.

No need special meds. Tell you what run 10 km everyday and stop eating EITHER Carbohydrates OR Fats totally.Drink lots and lots of water and eat fruits and vegetables so that you can remove waste and toxic from your body easily.You could try pilates.That's another way Hilary Duff keep shape.
while you're working out, put on tights and long pants so that you would sweat those fats out. How heavy are you? Are you obese? If you're not or near obesity I don't think you should try losing weight really.
