Losing weight?

im 5'6'' and i weigh 125. i want to lose about ten pounds, atleast 5. i want to do this as soon as possible. i CANNOT stand my legs, my thighs to be specific. im a 7, i want to be a 3. how can i make this happen ?
Answer:
Eating healthy and exercising is the key to weight loss.Eat foods such as, chicken breast, salad (with light or fat free dressing), turkey, fish, and egg whites are good. Anything with protein, and remember everything in moderation. (also remember, never starve yourself, that is not the way to go because you eventually end up malnourished and get really sick.) Nuts are also good, but in moderation. Popped popcorn without butter is good. Also, you can do one cheat day where you allow yourself maybe a cookie or something,Remember to get lots of protien into your diet, because protein keeps you fuller longer. (protein=egg whites, chicken breast, and fish. Wheat bread also has protein, but eat bread in moderation.Also, fruits are good on a diet, but do not overload because they have sugar.Eat about 1200 calories (remember do not crash diet. Crash dieting is bad and you will eventually gain back all the weight.)Avoid fast food and junk, stay away from soda, even diet and you should be good. Also, if you are eating bread replace bread with wheat bread.As for exercise do cardio. Take up some running, and if you know how to swim great.Also, for toning to crunches, sit ups, push ups, and leg lifts. Also remember muscle weighs more than fat.Drink lots of water to keep you hydrated! =]If you want, you can try those hundred calorie packs. those are low cal. Maybe you can add in a pack a day for lunch.Since you are already at a low weight, i would suggest losing only 5 pounds. a person who is 5'6 and 115 would be considered underweight. Try these
1) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
(low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
4) Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt.
5) ExerciseI am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and an hour brisk walk every weekday morning.
