Looking for advice on Healthy Eating for weight lose?

I am 11st 8lbs and 5'6" in height and want to get down to about 10st 6lbs. What type of foods would be good to include in a diet. I like red meat, chicken and very few vegtables. Only carrots, sweetcorn and peas. I dont like white and creamy foods such as pasta. I do like rice and breads. I am looking for a diet that would aid stripping fat from my body mass.
Cheers
Answer:
Eat high-protein (like the chicken and red-meat, but more chicken and not so much red meat) and eat those veggies you do like in large quantites, except for the corn, b/c corn is a starchy vegetable. Eat low-fat things, and eat ALOT of fruit. Most fruit has a lot of water, so if your body retains more water you will feel full. Alos, try to explore more different veggies, and play wit hseasonings and different ways of cooking (i.e. steaming grilling, no frying!) to see if they taste better that way. Do about 30-60 min. of cardio at least 4 days a week, and try ot to eat after 7pm, or at least 3 hurs befor you go to bed. And SInce you do like rice and breads, switch to eating only whole grain versions of those items so you won't be packing on crazy refined starches, and carbs. But still don't eat to much rice and bread unless you plan on working out a lot, b/c they do still have a lot of carbs also but the grains in them are very good for you. Good Luck!
The way to lose weight is to consume less calories than your body burns. It doesn't necessarily matter what it is since a calorie is a calorie, but it's best to stick with lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
Eating healthy for life and losing weight at the same time.. check out the low G.I. Diet (Glycemic Index) by Rick Gallop. Atkins diet, The zone, etc... all took off from this diet. Its for life and it works!
look the frist thing i would advice you to do is to throw away all the junk food you have in your house..the 2nd thing is to get going in some kind of sports or aftershcool things...if you want to become healthy and live a better life you well if ways.remember what they say " you eat to live, not live to eat..." for what i can see you need to eat good things...at frist you might not like them but them you wel love them.

I would recommend trying some new vegetables (or new ways of preparing them), it will really help with the weight loss - you need those nutrients. Eat lots of fruit as well. Try to eat more white meat and fish than red meat. Also stick with whole grain breads and brown basmati rice (more nutritious and higher in fibre). Try some beans too (chick peas, kidney beans...) for fibre - that will make you feel full longer and control your blood sugar. Cut out sugar as much as you can and I would recommend taking evening walks. Eating better and watching your protions are a good start but exercise will help speed up the weight loss and ensure you don't lose muscle mass.
Stop eating excets fats and oil, such as lipids.glucose. flucose.lactose etc. This things really makes one to expand in weigth, seiz and height. But try to have some balance deit i.e all food minerals in small quantity.
Its frightening how bad some advice on this site can be. The lack of understanding of nutrition is really poor. Fats and oils are classed as lipids. Sucrose, fructose etc are sugars. Trendy and fad diets do work for some people but are fads because they are unrealistic over a long time. Imagine eating cabbage soup for the rest of your life. As soon as you stop the weight just piles back on.
Unfortunately the best advice is the boring things any decent dietitian will tell you. Plenty of fresh fruit and veg. Unrefined carbs - starchy food as opposed to sugar and limit the amount of fats, red meat and alcohol. No food is banned, just be sensibleBurn more calories that you take in and you will lose weight
if you really want to lose your weight don't worry.exercise daily with some hard workouts, drink fresh jucies.if you want more details visit the below website.
